Knebel Iron Press - 300 ton - Unit B, year 2010

Bidding contains 1 pc. iron presses as described below - but we have 2 identical at auction, each sold at its own lot.

Pressing force at approx. 240 Bar is 300 tons and at 200 Bar the pressing force is 200 tons. Stroke length: 1000mm. Maximum opening between table and cylinder 1300mm. The press cylinder is designed with 3 pcs. pierced piston rods where one is used for connection to the pilot-controlled valves in the piston. These are open at the start-up movement. The other 2 rods provide connection to the press area. The advantage of using 3 piston rods is also the elimination of the possibility of rotation of the upper part relative to the lower part. For start-up, use 2 externally mounted cylinders Ø80 / Ø45. Maximum start-up speed 300 mm / second. For single access to parts that will be subject to wear, bolt joints are used as much as possible. The press cylinder is mounted with a tank section above the cylinder for sufficient oil volume for the full stroke. There will be a minimum of 370mm distance between piston guide and rod guide when the piston is in full +, this will prevent the tool from tipping over. The table height of the press is steplessly adjustable from 700 to 900mm for the working position of the operator. All measurements are as in the attached sketch.

The press is with connection to high pressure from pump, LS signal to pump and return to tank. For electrical communication with the control, there is a transfer of data for operation of the press.

Pump station with piston pump and the following data included: 0-64 L / min, 280 Bar, 37 kW motor incl. tank, high pressure filter, return filter, oil cooler.
